1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AstroSetu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. By using the service you represent that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Nature of services

AstroSetu provides astrology consultations, kundli generation, matchmaking, tarot, vastu, numerology, panchang and the sale of related products. Astrological guidance is offered for personal insight and reflection only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. You agree that any decision taken based on a consultation is your sole responsibility.

4. Account & authentication

Accounts are created using OTP-based phone verification. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your phone number and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@astrosetu.online of any unauthorised use.

5. Bookings & payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is charged as per GSTIN 29ABBCA8888M1ZQ.
• Consultations are charged per minute or per session as displayed at the time of booking.
• Product orders may be paid via Cash on Delivery or supported online methods.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking or order in case of suspected fraud, unavailability or pricing errors.

6. Refund & cancellation

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has commenced. If a session does not start due to our fault or astrologer unavailability, you will receive a full refund or wallet credit within 7 working days. For physical products, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or incorrect. Write to support@astrosetu.online with order number and photos.

7. Shipping

Products are shipped pan-India via reputed logistics partners. Estimated delivery is 4–10 business days depending on location. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

8. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Harass, abuse or impersonate any astrologer, staff member or user;
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing or harmful;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with their operation.

9. Intellectual property

All content on AstroSetu — including the brand name, logo, software, designs, text, kundli charts and reports — is owned by APAS TECH POINT PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

The service may include links or integrations with third parties (payment gateways, messaging, analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their use is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that consultations will produce specific outcomes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APAS TECH POINT PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees and astrologers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APAS TECH POINT PRIVATE LIMITED from any claim, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for legal, security or operational reasons. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support@astrosetu.online.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the service.
